You may setup your registry in our store in Kelowna. We highly recommend calling ahead and booking an appointment so one of our professional staff will be available to better assist you with the registration process.

ow do I know what items to include in my Registry?

We have gathered some helpful hints in our Registry Tips section of this website to hopefully make the decision process easier.

hen should I register with Modern Accents?

We recommend registering two to three months in advance of the event to allow family and friends enough time to purchase gifts.

ow do I let family and friends know I have registered at Modern Accents?

Once you have created your registry, ask about our availability of Registry Announcement Enclosures to accompany your invitations.

ow do I make changes to my Registry after I've created it?

All registry changes will be handled by one of our trained staff at our Kelowna location. Changes can be requested via phone, email, or in person and will be applied within 24 hours of your request.

ill I be notified if any items on my Registry have been discontinued or backordered?

If you provide us with an email address, we will promptly notify you of any changes to the status of the items you have chosen for your Registry.

ow long does my Registry stay active?

Your Registry will remain active on the website for a period of one year after the date of your event.

here can gifts from my Registry be purchased?

Gifts can be purchased in our store or over the phone at either (250) 763-2111 or toll free in BC at 1-877-222-9889, 10AM-5PM, PST, Monday to Saturday.

ow often are Registry purchases updated online?

All purchases will be updated within 24 hours of the purchase time of the item.

ow do I know if an item has been purchased from my Registry?

When someone purchases an item in our store or over the phone, our staff will update your Registry to reflect the purchase within 24 hours.

hat is the Modern Accents Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it at our Kelowna store for an exchange or in-store credit. We make every effort to simplify the return process. Please contact our staff should you have any further questions.

oes Modern Accents offer a completion program for their Registrants?

Upon completion of a Gift Registry, Modern Accents will provide an in-store credit to the Registrants valued at 10% of all items purchased for them under their Registry.

ill the Registrant's personal information (address, phone number, etc.) be published on the Internet?

No. Only the registrant's names, event type, and event date will be posted. All addresses and other personal information will be stored elsewhere and remain inaccessible to the Internet. Your personal security is paramount with a Modern Accents Registry.

ill Modern Accents sell or rent my email address information to other companies?

No.
